The Program Micro-Credential Stand Alone Teknologi Retort was successfully held from 26–28 July 2025 at Kolej Komuniti Segamat (Bandar IOI) under the Program Pembelajaran Sepanjang Hayat (P.P.S.H). As an institution committed to lifelong learning and industry-relevant training, Kolej Komuniti Segamat (Bandar IOI) continues to empower communities with practical skills that align technology, creativity, and market needs.

This focused short course introduced participants to the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and the importance of responsible A.I usage, alongside basic prompting techniques for A.I-generated text and images. Utilizing tools such as Gemini AI, ChatGPT, Leonardo AI, Kling AI, Suno AI, and Canva, learners explored how interconnected A.I systems can support trend analysis and market share research within the food and packaging industry. The program culminated in hands-on experience designing A.I-assisted retort product labels, enabling participants to enhance product presentation, branding, and competitiveness in the commercial marketplace.
