From 12th to 15th July 2026, Kolej Komuniti Segamat successfully hosted the Program Pengukuhan Bakat Komuniti 2026: Pembuatan Roti Canai, bringing together aspiring entrepreneurs and culinary enthusiasts for an intensive Roti Canai Making Course. Participants gained practical experience in producing authentic roti canai, murtabak, roti naan, and other Malaysian favourites while exploring effective business strategies to transform their culinary skills into profitable ventures.
As a leading TVET institution committed to lifelong learning and community empowerment, Kolej Komuniti Segamat enhanced the programme by integrating the latest AI technologies, including Gemini AI, ChatGPT, Leonardo AI, Kling AI, Pixverse AI, SUNO AI, and Gamma AI. In addition to mastering culinary techniques, participants learned to create business branding, promotional materials, financial projections, SEO keyword research, social media marketing content, and automated digital marketing campaigns. This unique blend of culinary craftsmanship and AI-powered entrepreneurship made the programme a valuable Community Skills Training Malaysia initiative, equipping participants with the knowledge to succeed in today's competitive food industry through a modern Roti Canai Business Course.
