The Kursus Pembuatan Mee Kuning dan Transformasi Usahawan Digital was successfully conducted from 22–25 September 2025 at Politeknik Melaka, an institution well known for its role in producing skilled, industry-ready talent through practical and technology-driven education. Politeknik Melaka continues to serve as a key hub for innovation, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial development, supporting learners in adapting to evolving industry demands.

This unique short course blended traditional yellow noodle production skills with the power of Artificial Intelligence to support digital entrepreneurship. Participants were introduced to the fundamentals of A.I, ethical responsibilities in its usage, and basic prompting techniques for text, image, video, and music generation. By utilizing tools such as Gemini AI, ChatGPT, Leonardo AI, Kling AI, Suno AI, Canva, and Buffer, learners explored how interconnected A.I platforms can be leveraged for trend analysis, market research, content creation, and marketing automation. The program equipped participants with the knowledge and practical skills to transform culinary products into digitally branded businesses ready for today’s competitive market.
