- Step 1: Open the .ai file using any vector editing sofware. There are a few free sites & apps on the internet and we recommend:
- Step 2: Replace the image in the template with yours.
- Step 3: Edit the text. You will find the font files within the fonts folder. Install it to your system.
- Step 4: Replace the QRcode with your own. Make sure the URL of your QRCode points to your RSVP form. If you need a free QR Code Generator, you can visit these recommended sites:
- Step 5: Save & export the invitation that you have edited. Do not distribute it just yet.
Online RSVP
Our online RSVP form was develop using basic HTML codes and a simple submission method. This steps was taken to ease the editing of the template for users who does not have any experience in web programming. No private information will be captured by a third party. Follow the steps below to edit your RSVP.
- Step 1: Open the Index.html file using your preffered text editor software.
- Step 2: Find the code action="https://formsubmit.co/YourEmailHere.com" and replace it with your own email ID.
- Step 3: Replace the web page banner with your own.
- Step 4: Upload the Index.html, css folder and images folder to your web hosting account.
- Step 5: Test your form.
- Step 6: You will get an email notification from https://formsubmit.co/ to activate your online form. Within that same email, there will be a string of numbers to replace your naked email ID. Edit and replace your Email ID in Step 2 with the random string numbers provided. This security step is crucial to avoid your email being spammed.
- Step 7: Activate your form.
- Step 8: Re-Upload your Index.html file to your web hosting account.
- Step 9: Test your form again.
- Step 10: If you receive an email notifications with the particulars you've submitted, means your form is working perfectly.
